Issue :We have an exchange account for our support staff that users send
email to when they have a problem. The goal is to have the messages
pulled into a queue in CRM and then deleted from the exchange account.
Is this possible without using a forward mailbox? Can I setup the crm
email router to connect directly to the exchange account, pull mail
out of it, and then remove it.
From what I understand, the email router is supposed to be able to
pull mail directly from the exchange account without a forward mailbox
(though I haven't been able to get it to work), but can it delete mail
from the exchange account as well?
I'm pretty sure the email router can't do this. Assuming I can get the
messages from the exchange account into crm and that these messages
are not automatically deleted from the exchange account, is it
possible to have the messages be deleted when/if the message is
deleted from within CRM?
